Mumbai, May 29: The results for class 12 Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will be declared on Wednesday, May 30. The result is expected to be announced by the board at 1 pm. The result will be announced on the official website of the board- mahresult.nic.in Students will also be able to view the result at result.mkcl.org, examresults.net, and results.gov.in.
14,85,132 students appeared for the exam. The exams took place in 9,486 junior colleges. There were a total of 2,822 exam centers in Maharashtra.
The bifurcation of the students on the basis of stream include 5,80,820 for Science, whereas 4,79,863 students appeared for Arts and the students enrolled for Commerce ran into 3,66,756. Vocational stream had 57,693 students registered under it.
The exams were conducted from February 21 to March 20, 2018. There are nine divisional boards under the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education namely Ratnagiri, Amravati, Nagpur, Latur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nasik, Mumbai and Pune.
The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination 2018 was conducted from February 21 to March 20, 2018. MSBSHSE conducts examination through its nine Divisional Boards, located at Pune, Mumbai, Nasik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Latur, Nagpur, Amravati and Ratnagiri.
Students can follow the following steps to check the HSC exam result 2018:
1.) Students must first log on to the official website of the board: mahresult.nic.in
2.) Students will see a link called Maharashtra HSC Class 12 Results 2018
3.) Students should click on the link and a page will open on the screen
4.) In the space provided below, students should enter their seat number and other details. The result will be displayed.
5.) Students should keep a copy of the marksheet for future reference.
At the time of results, students and parents might find it difficult to access the website due to heavy traffic as large number of students try to log in to the website.
