The result for Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has been declared for 2018 and Class 12 students can check their marksheets online at the official website of the board. The state has registered a pass percentage of 88.41 percent. The HSC result will be announced on the board's official website-mahresult.nic.in at 1 pm. Class 12 exam results can also be checked at result.mkcl.org, examresults.net, and results.gov.in.
According to a report in The Times of India, State board chairman Shakuntala Kale announced the results at the board headquarters in Pune on Wednesday morning during a press conference. Of the students who appeared for exams under Science stream, the pass percentage was recorded at 95.85 percent while Commerce students registered 89.50 pass percent and Arts at 78.96 percent. Competency vocational course recorded 82.18 pass percentage.
Konkan has registered the highest score at 94.85% and Nashik has registered the lowest at 86.13%. Girl students registered a pass percent of 92.16% while boys got 85.23%.

1. Log on to the official website of the board: mahresult.nic.in
2. Click on Maharashtra HSC Class 12 Results 2018
3. Enter necessary data including seat number and other details.
4. Check the result and keep a copy for future reference.
The exams were held at 2,822 exam centers in Maharashtra from February 21 to March 20, 2018. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has nine boards under them including Ratnagiri, Amravati, Nagpur, Latur, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nasik, Mumbai and Pune.
This year, 5,80,820 students appeared for Science exams whereas 4,79,863 students for Arts and 3,66,756 for Commerce. Vocational stream had 57,693 students registered under it.
