The date sheet for classes 10, 11 and 12 winter zone will be declared soon on the official website of Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE); jkose.jk.gov.in. Confirming the same, a statement on its site reads, “It is to inform all the stakeholders that the datesheets for Classes for 10th, 11th and 12th of winter zone areas of Jammu Division will be uploaded on Bose Website on 27-09-2018.” It is to be noted that, the examination board is yet to publish the schedule and hence, students are recommended to keep an eye on JKBOSE’s web portal. JKBOSE Releases Date Sheet 2018 for Class 10, 11 & 12; Annual Exam to Begin From October As per the Timetable. 

Earlier this month, a fake date sheet for class 10, class 11 and class 12 were doing rounds on social media which claimed that the exams would begin October 22 and end on November 15. Putting an end to the rumour, the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) of Jammu and Kashmir clarified that the timetable on social sites is fake and BOSE is yet to release the official schedule. DIPR’s tweet reads, “J&K Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) today said that the date sheet doing rounds on social media regarding conduct of 10th Class Exam is fake and BOSE is yet to issue the official date sheet for the said examination.” JKBOSE Class 10 & 12 Date Sheet on Social Media Is Fake!

JKBOSE was established through legislation under the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education Act, 1975. It is a governed body that is responsible for the upliftment and maintenance of school education at Jammu and Kashmir. The board gives affiliation to above 10,609 schools across the state and employs more than 22,000 teachers.
