JEE Mains 2018 Paper 1 Answer Key Released by CBSE: Keys Available on jeemain.nic.in from April 24-27

Joint Entrance Examination Mains (JEE Mains) 2018 Exam was released, earlier today, by JEE Mains Unit of CBSE. The Joint Entrance Examination was held in offline mode on April 8, whereas the examination in online mode was held on April 15 & April 16. The JEE Mains exams were held in centres across India and abroad.

The CBSE, on Tuesday, released the answer keys for both, online and offline examinations. The answer keys for the JEE Mains Test is made available to the students at jeemain.nic.in from April 24 to April 27. Along with the answer keys, the images of response sheets (Optical Mark Recognition – OMRs) of both, pen and paper-based, have also been made available to the students too. Also, the answer keys of computer-based examination are also made available for the convenience of the students.

A lot of private institutes had also released their (unofficial) answer keys just after the examinations. Over the years, lakhs of students have applied for the JEE exams. Keeping the trend intact this year, over 12 lakh students had applied for the JEE exam. However, only 2.2 lakh students will be eligible for JEE-Advanced – which is a gateway to the IITs and other top-class institutes in the country. The JEE-Mains 2018 Paper 1 Results are scheduled to be declared on April 30.
