The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2019 April exam result. The JEE Main 2019 scores were published late night on April 29, 2019, at the official website; jeemain.nic.in. Students who have successfully qualified the NTA’s second edition of JEE Main 2019, will next appear for the counselling procedure while getting admissions into the reputed engineering institutions. The JEE Main scores will also be considered for appearing in the JEE Advanced 2019 examination. NTA conducted JEE Main 2019 twice in online mode; the first edition in January and second in April. As per NTA’s release, a total of 24 candidates have received 100 NTA score in JEE Main Paper 1, BE/ BTech examination. The All India ranks of the candidates have been decided taking into consideration the better of two JEE Main sores (January/ April examinations) and following the policy already made available on the website.

JEE Main Result 2019 Declared: What’s Next?
As NTA announced, the JEE Main 2019 result, the qualified candidates will next wait for the reputed colleges to release their cut-offs. Depending on their scores, they will undergo counselling session and accordingly get selected for the engineering colleges. NTA scores for Paper 2 will be announced on or before May 15, 2019. Besides, the top 2.45 candidates who passed JEE Main 2019 are now eligible to appear for the upcoming phase which is JEE Advanced 2019, the registration of which will begin on May 3, 2019.
NTA conducts JEE Main 2019 for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered at NITs, IIITs, SFTIs and CFTIs. Many states also accept JEE Main scores for admission to engineering programmes offered at engineering institutes/ colleges funded by the state governments.
