The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the exam details for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2019 today, October 21. All the students who have appeared in JEE Main, can check the exam centres, city and shift intimation details available on the official websites, nta.ac.in, jeemain.nic.in. Earlier the exam date and shifts were released on October 6. The registered candidates must note that the exam centres and city allotted in now live on the site. Students are recommended to read the information in detail accessible online. JEE Main January exam’s admit card will be published on December 17, 2018, by the NTA.
To check the JEE Main 2019 exam city, the candidates will have o login with their credentials; entering the application number, password and the security pin. As the exam city is allotted, it must be noticed that any request to change the same will not be accepted. JEE Main first attempt Paper 1 exam is scheduled to be held from January 6 to January 20, 2019. While Paper 2, will be held on January 8, 2019, only in one shift. Once the admit card link is activated by NTA, the candidates shall carry a print out of the same. Those without it, will be barred to sit in the examination hall. The documents to carry during JEE Main 2019 are: admit card, one recent passport size photograph, a valid photo id proof (PAN Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ Driving Licence). Further, the PWD category candidates will have to carry PWD certificate issued by the Competent Authority. NTA will conduct JEE Main 2019 Paper 1 in online CBT mode and Paper 2 in pen and paper mode.
