The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, has activated the online registration link for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2019. Candidates who have qualified JEE Main 2019 and are willing to study at the coveted IITs, can register for JEE Advanced using their JEE Main application number and password at jeeadv.ac.in. All the JEE Advanced 2019 aspirants must note that the last date to submit the application form is May 9, 5:00 pm. IIT Roorkee is responsible for conducting the entrance examination this year. About 2.45 lakh candidates of JEE Main are shortlisted for JEE Advanced 2019. The online registrations for foreign candidates have only begun.

How to Apply for JEE Advanced 2019?

  • Visit the official website; jeeadv.ac.in.

  • Login to your account using JEE Main 2019 application number and password.

  • Fill details such as language, choices of the cities for the exam and other required information.

  • Upload a scanned copy of all the required documents—class X or birth certificate, class 12 or equivalent certificate, category certificate, additional category certificate (optional), PwD certificate, scribe request letter, DS certificate, OCI card/ PIO card.

  • All candidates will have to pay the application fee in online mode using credit or debit card or in offline mode by generating E-Challan.

  • Download the confirmed JEE Advanced 2019 application form and take a print out for future reference.

  • Online registration begins: May 3, 2019

  • Last date of registration: May 9, 2019

  • Last date of fee payment: May 10, 2019

  • JEE Advanced 2019 Admit Card: May 20 to May 27, 2019

  • JEE Advanced 2019 Exam Date: May 27, 2019

  • Copy of candidates’ response sheet: May 29 to June 1, 2019

  • Official JEE Advanced Answer Key: June 4, 2019

  • JEE Advanced 2019 Result: Expected on June 14, 2019

JEE Advanced 2019 will be conducted on May 27, 2019, in two shifts. The exam paper I will begin at 9:00 am and will conclude at 12:00 pm. Again, paper II, will start at 2:00 pm and continue till 5:00 pm. IIT Roorkee will conduct JEE Advanced 2019 in a computer-based testing (CBT) mode. Candidates who qualify JEE Advanced 2019, will be given admissions to study at the IITs offering engineering courses.
