The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Department of Space (DOS) has invited applications for various posts, the online registration of which has already been started from April 10, 2018 at isro.gov.in. All the candidates who are a graduate or diploma holders can apply for the post of Stenographer and Junior Personal Assistants in Level 04 of Pay Matrix. The candidates must register for the available posts on or before April 30, 2018. It is important to go through the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. On the other hand, the last date for the payment of application fee is May 2, 2018.
The written exam for ISRO recruitment is August 12, 2018. The call letters for the exam will be released in the last week of July or in the first week of August. As per the official notification, the total number of vacancies for the post of Junior Personal Assistant and Stenographer is 171. Out of which, a total of 166 post vacancies are at the ISRO units in Hyderabad, New Delhi, Sriharikota, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Thiruvananthapuram. And the remaining 5 openings are for the Department Space of Bangalore. The application fee for the General and Other Backward Class category students is Rs. 100. For the remaining reserved categories including SC/ST, there is no fee for the application.
