IGNOU Campus Placement 2019: People’s University to Begin Recruitment Drive for Eligible Candidates From Tomorrow
The recruitment will be done for the positions of Vendor Coordination and coupon selling personnel.
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has all geared up to host the campus placement drive tomorrow, January 16 from 10:00 am onwards at the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Convention Centre. It will be done in association with the Regional Centres of Delhi-NCR. In this placement drive, the recruitment will be done for the positions of Vendor Coordination and coupon selling personnel. The shortlisted candidates will be published/ announced at the end of the day. Professor B.B. Khanna, Director, Campus Placement Cell was quoted in media reports about the eligibility citing, “Students who are graduate in select discipline or pursuing final year of graduation/Post Graduation are eligible to participate in the drive.” To appear for the placement drive, the candidates will have to carry two copies of their recent resume which has the IGNOU enrolment number, ID proof, address proof and passport size photographs at the time of interview. IGNOU is a Central University located at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi. Named after the former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi, IGNOU was established in 1985 and is run by the central government with millions of active enrolments. As per the official data, IGNOU has 21 schools and a network of 67 regional centres.
