The CISCE on 10th January has confirmed in a notice that the passing marks for ICSE Class 10 will be 33 percent instead of 35 percent and for ISC Class 12, the pass marks would be 35 percent instead of 40 percent. It further states that the change in pass marks for both the classes will be effective from Examination Year 2018 onwards and not from the Examination Year 2019. Students can check the notification on the official website of CISCE. The students are recommended to keep their calm and practise in constant. It is important to refer and practise with previous year question papers to meet the exam environment before writing the actual exam.
