IBPS Clerk Main 2019 Exam Admit Card Released Online at ibps.in; Here’s Next Stage Recruitment Examination Pattern

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has declared the result of the preliminary examination to recruit eligible candidates for clerical positions. All the qualified candidates have been invited to download their call letter for the next stage; IBPS Clerk Main Examination which is scheduled to be held on January 20, 2019. Candidates must note that the admit cards will be available online at ibps.in until the exam day. Those who have cleared the first stage of the recruitment process should carry a hard copy of their admit card along with a photo id in original and copy to the IBPS Clerk Main 2019 exam venue. Aspirants without the above-mentioned documents will not be allowed to enter or participate in the examination.

IBPS Clerk Main 2019 Exam Pattern

The IBPS clerk main 2019 examination consists of four sections—Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and General/ Financial Awareness. According to the latest update, IBPS clerk main exam will now constitute 190 questions that a candidate needs to complete in a time frame of 160 minutes. Sectional timings have been introduced from this year. Apart from the English Language that will consist of 40 questions of 40 marks, all the remaining subjects will have 50 questions each of 50 marks. However, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude will carry a maximum score of 60.

IBPS conducted the prelims on December 8, 9, 15 and 16 respectively. For the financial year 2019-20, the vacancies will be filled through a standard recruitment process—online preliminary and main examinations. Through the recruitment drive, IBPS will hire 7,275 candidates for clerical posts to its partnered banks. The provisional allotment process is expected to be completed by April, 2019.
