Chandigarh, July 21: The Board of Secondary Education in Haryana (BSEH) declared the Class 12th exam results on Tuesday. The scores of Haryana Board of Secondary Education (HBSE) examinations was eagerly awaited by the students. The marks can be checked online at the Board's official website - bseh.org.in.
How to Check the HBSE Class 12 Results? Visit the above-mentioned website. Find the 'Results' tab. Click on HBSE Exam Results. On the page which follows, the students are required to enter their details in the respective fields. After providing the name, hall ticket/roll no and other details, click on next/submit. On the page which appears, the marksheet would be displayed. Candidates are recommended to save a screenshot of the same or download its PDF for interim use.
An overall passing percentage of 80.34 percent was recorded in the HBSE exams 2020. Girls, continuing with the past precedent succeeding in outshining the boys with a pass percentage of 86.30 percent as compared to 75.06 percent recorded cumulatively by their male counterparts.
In the past year, a total pass percentage of 74.44 percent was recorded by the HBSE. The results were also declared in mid-May of 2019, and the admission process had begun in June.
The schedule was derailed this year due to the outbreak of coronavirus. Amid the pandemic, the evaluation process was delayed which led to a postponement in the release of results.
The admission process is expected to further deferred as educational institutions are yet to receive permit from the government to re-open their facilities. The HRD Ministry had, in the past week, approved online education guidelines which allow only a maximum of three hours of screen time for the students.
