The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has sought and invited applications for the posts of Accounts Officer, Assistant Accountant and Technicians. The applications are invited for a vacancy of 2842 posts and date of online submission of application forms begin from February 21. The deadline for submission of applications is 13 March. The eligibility for various posts are as under:

Accounts Officer: Interested candidates must have qualified the final exam of CA (ICAI) or Cost Accountant (ICWAI). Candidates must belong to the age group of 21-40 years.

Assistant Accountant: Candidates in the age group of 21-40 years with Bachelor's degree in Commerce are eligible to apply.

Technician: Candidates in the age group of 18-40 years with Class 10 pass qualification and NCVT/ SCVT certificate in Electrician, Electrical trades.

Pay scale for the posts are as follows:

Accounts Officer: The selected candidates will get a monthly salary in the range of Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500.

Assistant Account: The selected candidates will get a monthly salary in the range of Rs 29,800 to Rs 94,300.

Technician: The selected candidates will get a monthly salary in the range of Rs 27,200 to Rs 86,100.
