Gauhati, March 17: Gauhati University (GU) has announced their third semester result for under graduate Arts course. The candidates can check their result at the official website of the university, www.gauhati.ac.in.

The candidates of 2016 batch who have been awaiting their result can now know their result. The result is published by the University under segment named "GU Arts 3rd Semester Results 2017".

The results carries the details of scores scored by the candidates which they can check by accessing the marksheet on the university's portal. Last year, the University had declared results of 1st and 5th semesters for BA, BSc and B.Com courses in March.

The students are advised to check their result immediately to know where they stand and then are supposed to collect the physical copy of their marksheets from respective department.
