GATE 2018 Result Declared By IIT Guwahati, Download Your Scorecard Online at gate.iitg.ac.in

The candidates can check the result directly by logging in to their account on GATE Online Application Processing System. The scorecard will be available for students to download from March 20, onwards and will be available till March 31.

The Indian Institute of Technology declared the result of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 on its official website, gate.iitg.ac.in. The candidates can check the result directly by logging in to their account on GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS). The scorecard is available for students to download and will continue till March 31. It is again important to note that students will not receive any hard copy of their marksheet. Hence, they are recommended to download and print out the soft copy. Further, the counselling process will begin soon.

The students will have to apply separately for admission in the postgraduate courses through separate counselling conducted by IITs, NITs and other recognized institutions. Recently the answer key and question paper were release for all the subjects. The Institute has declared the result a day earlier than its stated time. “GATE 2018 results are announced. Candidates can view the same through GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS),” reads the notification.

How to check GATE 2018 Results?

1. Visit the official website, gate.iitg.ac.in.

2. The candidates will see the statement that reads the result announcement along with a new link, click appsgate.iitg.ac.in.

3. A new window will open. Enter your enrolment ID that was shared to you by the Institute during registration. You can also find the ID at the back of your Admit Card.

4. Enter your GOAP password and the captcha code, click submit.

5. Your scorecard will be displayed on the computer screen.

6. Download and take a print out for future references.

GATE 2018 scorecard will be valid for three years from the date of result announcement. Those who surpass this coveted entrance test, will get admission in recognized institutes and government universities. In fact, GATE score will also be used for Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) recruitment. You rank and marks along with the passing marks will be mentioned on the scorecard.
