Delhi University will release the first admission list today for its entrance examinations which were conducted in June for various undergraduate courses. So far, the officials have published cut-off list for B.El.Ed, B.Tech Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations and Journalism in English and Hindi. According to its notification, DU scheduled the cut-off release of its Joint Admission Test (JAT) on July 12 at 4:00 pm. The document verification and approval of admission by the college will take place on July 13 and 14.
However, students who sat for BMS, BBA FIA, BEE and BA Hons in Humanities and Social Sciences still awaits for the first admission list to be published online at du.ac.in. On the other hand, the colleges are instructed by DU to extend the timing of admission till 4 pm on both days only for candidates seeking admission in JAT and BA Hons. Humanities and Social Sciences. Meanwhile, DU released the fifth cut-off list 2018 for UG courses on July 11, and this time, there is a minor drop of 0.5 to 3 per cent in the cut-off across its affiliated colleges.
Every year, Delhi University conducts JAT in June and students from all across India sit for an online exam to get admission in their choice of courses. The entrance is a gateway for admissions to colleges that offer BMS, BBA, BFIA BA Hons. in Economics and various other programs. Candidates who will clear the entrance exams on BBS, BMS, BFIA will have to sit for a group discussion and a personal interview.
