New Delhi, July 07: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024. Candidates can check the provisional answer keys on the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. The challenge window is open until 5 PM on July 9, 2024.
The CUET UG 2024 exam, conducted from May 15 to May 29 in both Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Pen & Paper (Offline) modes, saw participation from approximately 13.48 lakh candidates across 379 cities, including 26 international locations. Candidates can challenge the provisional answer keys online by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per answer challenged. The challenge window opened on July 7 and will close on July 9 at 5 PM. Payments for challenges can be made via debit card, credit card, or net banking until 6 PM on July 9. Challenges will only be entertained through the designated online portal upon receipt of the processing fee. CUET UG Provisional Answer Key 2024: Steps to Raise Objection
- Visit the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG
- Click on the ‘Provisional answer key’ tab given on the home page
- Login by entering your email id and password
- Choose the required questions to be challenged
- Pay the fee and submit required supporting document
- Submit the objections for review
The NTA will evaluate the challenges against the provisional answer keys. Valid objections will be used to prepare the final answer key, which will form the basis for the results. Each correct answer awards five marks, while one mark is deducted for incorrect answers.
Unanswered or reviewed questions will not be marked. If multiple options or all options for a question are correct, candidates will receive five marks. If all options are incorrect, or the question is dropped, five marks will be awarded to those who attempted it.
