New Delhi, November 20: The Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE, which conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination has informed that the CTET Admit Cards have not been released yet. According to an NDTV report, students can expect the admit cards by tomorrow. This means that the admit card link that is being shared since today morning is not the actual link.
The portal of central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), ctet.nic.in, doesn't have any admit card download link till now. The candidates are advised to wait for the admit cards to be released by the CBSE and not follow the wrong link. Here is how to download CTET 2019 Admit Cards:
- As the first step, you need to click on to the official website-ctet.nic.in
- You can see the CTET Admit card option on the website, click on it to open.
- You will need to feed in your date of birth and registration number to access the card
- Once you get your card, download it and save it.
CTET 2019 admit card contains - exam centre, exam date, exam time instructions. If any candidate finds any of these details missing on the Admit Card then they can contact the CBSE or the National Testing Agency that conducts the CTET Exam.
It is compulsory for students to carry their CTET Admit Card to the exam centre. Also, they need to reach the hall, 90 minutes before the start of the examination. CBSE will conduct the CTET national level exam on December 8, 2019, at various centres.
The CTET certificate is the minimum eligibility to get into the teaching job. The CTET exam will be of two papers—Paper 1 for teachers between class 1 and class 5, Paper 2 for those who would teach between class 6 and class 8. After getting a certificate, which is valid for seven years, a person can apply for teacher vacancies released by different schools like KVS, NVS Army Teacher and others.
