Chhattisgarh CGBSE Board Declared Class 10th & Class 12th 2018 Results Today at cgbse.net, cgbse.nic.in

School Education Minister, Kedar Kashyap announced the CGBSE class 10th and class 12th results at a press meet in the new building of Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal in Raipur.

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has declared their class 10th and class 12th results for the academic year 2017-18 today at a press meet. Students can check their results now by visiting the official websites; cgbse.net, cgbse.nic.in. Reportedly, over 6 lakh students registered for CGBSE class 10 and class 12 exams. The pass percentage for CGBSE class 10 is 68.04 percent; while 77 percent students successfully cleared class 12th exams.

The class 10 examination was conducted between March 5 to March 28, while class 12 exams began from March 7 to April 2. School Education Minister, Kedar Kashyap announced the CGBSE class 10th and class 12th results at a press meet in the new building of Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal in Raipur.

There are high chances of the official websites to run slow due to huge traffic. In this case, the students and their concerned parents are requested to keep their calm and try again later. Other third-party websites, such as examresults.net are also hosting the Chhattisgarh Board class 10th results 2018. As per the results, girls have outperformed boys in both the classes at Chhattisgarh. For class 10, 69.40 percent girls successfully cleared the exam over boys who secure a pass percentage of 66 percent. On the other hand, for class 12, girl students outshined with 79.40 percent over boys securing pass percentage of 74.45 percent.

In class 12th, Shiv Kumar Pandey topped with 98.4 percent followed by Sandhya Kaushik with 97.40 percent. Shubham Gandharva and Shubham Kr. Gupta shared third position by securing 97.20 percent.  Yagyesh Chauhan tops class 10th board exams with 98.33 percent, Mansi Mishra secured second position with a score of 98 percent followed by Anurag Dubey with 97.67 percent.

Steps to check CGBSE class 10th and class 12th results 2018:

1. Visit the official website; cgbse.netcgbse.nic.in.

2. Click the link as per your course—CGBSE Class 10th/ 12th Results 2018.

3. You will be directed to a new window.

4. Enter roll number as mentioned in your CGBSE admit card.

5. CGBSE class 12 students should select their streams.

6. Once the details are submitted, you will be able to view your result.

7. Download and take a print out of the same for future purposes.

This year, over 6 lakh students have appeared for CGBSE class 10th and class 12th examinations at various centres across Chhattisgarh. Last year, Chetan Agarwal from Dhamtari district topped the class 10 examination with 98.17 percent, Vinita Patel with 97.67 secured second positions and Karan Sahu with 97.33 per cent was third. On the other hand, in class 12, Dharmendra Kumar Topped the class 12 examination with 98.6 percent.
