CBSE NEET 2018 Results Toppers List: Kalpana Kumari Gets AIR 1 With 99.99 Percentile

Mumbai, June 4: The Central Board of Secondary Education National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (CBSE NEET 2018) results were declared today on cbseneet.nic.in . Over 13 lakh medical aspirants appeared for NEET 2018, which was conducted on May 6, 2018. Kalpana Kumari of Bihar has obtained the All India Rank 1 with 99.99 percentile. Kumari has obtained 691 out of 720. She has obtained 171 out of 180 in physics, 160 out of 180 in Chemistry, 360 out of 360 in Biology (Biology and Zoology). Krushna Agarwal of Nanded has obtained All India Rank 7 with a score of 685 out of 720.

The cut-off for the unreserved category this year is 119 while the qualifying scores are between 119 and 691 out of total of 720. For SC, ST and OBC candidates, the cut-off is 96 to 118. For candidates with disabilities in the general category, the cut-off is 107-118. For candidates with disabilities in the SC, ST and OBC categories, the cut-off is 96-106.
The candidates who appeared for the examination can check their scores and detailed results sheets online by entering their roll number which has been mentioned on the NEET Admit Card. CBSE prepared the merit list as per the directives of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Medical Council of India (MCI) and Dental Council of India (DCI).
To know their NEET results 2018 online, students need to provide their registration number and date of birth as given in their admit card. The results will be displayed on the computer screen after submitting the above details.
NEET 2018 answer keys were released by CBSE on May 25 and all the candidates were given a time frame which was till May 27 if they want to raise objections on the answer key/ OMR sheet/ test booklet code. From this year, it has been decided that students who wants to pursue Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) courses will have to undergo NEET.
Last year, the qualifying percentage for the unreserved category was 50 per cent while the percentile score was 131 out of 720. For OBC/ SC/ ST category, the percentage was 40 per cent while the score was 107. For the physically challenged, the score was 118.
