The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the answer key for the Central Eligibility Test (CTET) today, December 28. Those who have appeared in the CTET December 9 exam can check the sheet online; ctet.nic.in using their credentials. The students will be able to view the scanned images of OMR answer sheets and CBSE’s answer keys till December 30 till 5:00 pm. It must be noted that the individuals who appeared for the CTET exam will be allowed to challenge the answer key until the stated date. By viewing the answer keys, the candidates can analyse their performance and marks to be scored in the competitive examination. CBSE this year conducted the 11th edition of CTET on December 9 at 2,144 exam centres throughout the country in which more than 15 lakhs candidates participated. CBSE CTET Answer Keys Important Instructions
1. The scanned images of the OMR sheets of the candidates and the answer keys will be available till December 30, 5:00 pm.
2. Candidates can challenge the answer keys through the link available on the website by paying a minimum fee of Rs. 1,000 per question through credit or debit card during the said period.
3. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
4. If CBSE accepts the challenge or if the subject experts notice any mistake in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified on the website, and the fee shall be refunded.
5. The refund (if any) will be transferred online to the concerned credit or debit card holder.
6. CBSE’s decision to the challenges will be final, and no further communication will be entertained.
As the answer keys are released, CBSE will announce the result anytime soon. It shall further be noted that the mark sheets and certificates which will contain encrypted QR code can be downloaded using the login credentials that will be sent by the board. CBSE CTET 2018 is one of the eligibility qualifications required for the appointment as a teacher for classes 1 to 8.
