The CBSE Class 10 results have been announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education today. Prakhar Mittal from Gurugram, Rimzhim Agrawal from Bijnor, Nandni Garg from Shamli and Sreelakshmi G from Cochin have scored 499 marks out of 500 to top CBSE class 10 examinations. The overall passing percentage is 86.7%. The pass percentage for girls is higher at 88.67% as compared to that of boys which is 85.32%.
The results can be accessed by the students on the official site of the CBSE- www.cbse.nic.in or www.cbseresults.nic.in. A total of 16,38,428 students had registered for the class 10 examination this year.
Following are the steps that the students of CBSE class 10 can follow in order to access their results:
1.) Students are advised to visit the official website of the CBSE board- www.cbse.nic.in.
2.) After the website opens, students are advised to visit the result section and click on the CBSE Class 10 Results 2018 link.
3.) Once the link opens, students are advised to enter their details in the space provided to enter their seat number.
4.) Result should be displayed after the student enters the seat number. Students are advised to keep a printout of the result copy for further reference.
The exam for Class 10 and Class 12 was conducted by the CBSE board in the month of February and March.
