The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), class 12 examination for main subjects, will commence from tomorrow, March 2. The board exams 2019 would be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at 4,974 centres across the nation and 78 centres abroad. While the CBSE class 10 board exam 2019 are underway, higher secondary candidates will write English Core examination on March 2. The CBSE class 12 board exam 2019 began on February 15 with Hindi, Music Mel. Ins, Office Procedure and Practices, Olericulture, Garment Construction, and Textile Chemical Processing examinations. The examination for class 12 core subjects will begin from March 2 with English core and English elective papers. Below are the necessary instructions as mentioned by CBSE officials to be strictly following on the day of the exam. CBSE Class 12 Board Exam Important Instructions
1. Students must reach the exam centre by 10:00 am. Note that no candidates will be allowed to enter beyond 10:00 am under any circumstances.
2. The first bell would ring at 10:00 am as a sign that the exam hall doors have to be closed. Students should be seated by this time.
3. Invigilators will distribute the answer sheets to the students at 10:00 am.
4. A second bell would ring at 10:15 am as an indication for the teachers to distribute the question papers to the students.
5. Students will get 15 minutes to read the question paper. At 10:30 am there will be the third bell as a signal to start the class 12 board exam.
6. Students shall not engage in any form of malpractices. Anyone caught cheating during the exam hours, will face severe repercussion that results in getting expelled from the board exam 2019.
7. No student is allowed to exit the examination hall before 12:00 pm.
8. In case of any confusion during the board exam, the teachers and invigilators will be present to assist you.
Ahead of the CBSE class 12 board exams 2019, the board advised students and parents to be aware of any rumours on social media and not panic. The committee further appealed the public, in general, to cooperate with it for smooth conduct of exams and not spread any rumours and baseless information. CBSE class 12 board exam 2019 will end on April 4 with Philosophy, Entrepreneurship, Human Rights and Gender Studies, Theatre Studies, and Library and Information Science exams.
