The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is currently re-evaluating the papers for class 10 and class 12 students who are unhappy with their marks. As Delhi University has begun the procedure for admission in Undergraduate (UG) courses, it is now expected that CBSE will not delay in announcing its 12th re-evaluation result 2019. Yes, class 12 CBSE re-evaluation result 2019 will be declared first, before class 10, keeping the UG admissions in mind. In fact, recent reports are suggesting that CBSE 12th re-evaluation and improvement exam result 2019 would likely be released soon, approximately by the first week of June. Although, no date has been confirmed yet, students are advised to keep an eye on the official websites of CBSE, cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in to stay updated. DU Online Registration for UG Courses Begin, Know the List of Changes Here. 

The online registration for DU admission 2019, has begun and reportedly the first 90 minutes saw more than 24,000 registrations on the DU portal. One of the reasons for DU’s delayed admission process, as highlighted by the officials is the Delhi High Court’s order. In 2018, the HC instructed DU to delay its admission and at the same time, asked CBSE to advance its re-evaluation process to ensure the convenience of all students. A close source, from the admissions council of University of Delhi (DU), admissions was quoted in The Indian Express report as saying, “CBSE re-evaluation result will be announced in the first week of June and students will have the time to update their marks in the application form based on their improved score.”

CBSE spokesperson, Rama Sharma was quoted in the same report as saying, “We cannot give an exact date for result yet but the re-evaluation process is as per the schedule and in line with the letter we have written to the DU.” In addition, officials from DU confirmed that CBSE students will at least get a week’s time to apply for the UG courses. The last date to apply for DU admissions 2019 is June 14.
