Canara Bank PO Admit Card 2018 Released Online at canarabank.com; Know Exam Paper Pattern & Selection Process

Canara Bank will conduct the PO exam 2018 on December 23 across various centres in India for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course.

Canara Bank has released the admit card for the recruitment exam of Probationary Officer 2018. The candidates who have applied for the exam can now visit the official website; canarabank.com to download the same. It must be noted that the hall tickets will be available till December 23. Canara Bank will conduct the PO exam 2018 on December 23 across various centres in India for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course. The written exam will be conducted to fill up about 800 Probationary Officer posts through the admissions to PGDBF course.

Candidates will be able to download their e-admit cards by providing the login credentials like Registration No., Roll No., Password or Date of Birth and enter the captcha code. The students are further advised to go through all the details in the hall tickets if provided correctly. Canara Bank PO recruitment 2018 exam paper pattern 

The online test will be based on objective questions, and there will be a negative mark of 0.25 for every wrong answer. The candidates will have to answer the questions from Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English and General Awareness. Each subject will have 50 questions of 50 marks each. Students will get 2 hours to answer all the 200 questions.

Canara Bank PO recruitment 2018 selection process

The selection will be based admission to the course at either of the two institutes at Manipal Global Education Services Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru campus or NITTE Education International Pvt Ltd. at Greater Noida Campus. The selection process includes an online test, group discussion and personal interview. Only after the successful completion of the course, candidates will be awarded PGDBF from that institute, and the candidates will be offered appointment in the Banks as the Probationary officer in Junior Management Grade Scale 1.

The vacancy for Probationary Officers at Canara Bank has opened for 800 candidates that comprise 404 from general category, 216 from OBC, 60 scheduled tribe and 120 for scheduled caste candidates.
