CA Intermediate Results 2018 to Be Out by End of July, Confirms ICAI

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) had conducted the CA Intermediate exam in May 2018. Recently, after the announcement of results for CA CPT, CA Foundation and CA Final, a rumour is doing rounds on social media regarding CA Intermediate results. To stop the fake announcement, ICAI stepped in. On July 25, the institute tweeted and shared a notification clarifying the speculations regarding the date of CA Inter 2018 results. The institute has confirmed the results to be out by the end of July. Once announced, the scores will be uploaded online on the official websites of ICAI; icai.org, icai.nic.in, icaiexam.icai.org, caresults.icai.org.

“It has been brought to our notice that a fake announcement regarding the date of declaration of result of the Intermediate examination held in May 2018 is doing the rounds in the social media. It is hereby clarified that the results of the Intermediate exam held in May 2018 will be declared by the end of July 2018,” reads the notification.

Before the announcement of CA Final results, bogus news on the same was confusing the CA aspirants. At the time too, ICAI explained and asked students not to entertain such rumour as any declaration will be updated on the official website only. Meanwhile, ICAI on July 20 declared the exam results for CA CPT, CA Foundation and CA Final for both new and old courses. All India merit list was up to 50th rank for CA Final, and Foundation exams were also released.
