The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha is set to release their class 10 matric results 2018 today at their official website; bseodisha.nic.in and orissaresults.nic.in. As per the recent media reports, the board shall declare the result at 9:00 am. BSE officials in a press release on May 4, 2018 confirmed about their result declaration date. âThe Board will announce the results of class 10 examination on Monday,â an official was quoted in Indian Express report. The School and Mass Education Minister, Badri Narayan Patra will announce the class 10 results from the board office.
Once declared, the students can check their class 10th results by visiting the boardâs official website. But due to huge traffic the sites may slow down, in this case, students can check their results from other trusted third-party web portals; results.nic.in, examresults.net. Class 10 students can also know their results through SMS by typing OR10 <ROLL NO> and send it to 5676750. Over 6 lakh students appeared for the class 10 matriculation exams which held between February 23 to March 8, 2018. Here are the steps to know BSE class 10 matric 2018 results:
1. Visit the official websites; bseodisha.nic.in, orissaresults.nic.in.
2. Click the link that readsâclass 10th results 2018.
3. Enter your name and registration number in the given fields; click submit.
4. Your result will be displayed on the computer screen.
5. Download and take a print out of the same for future purposes.
However, the results provided online are only a first-hand information; the students will be provided with their class 10 original marksheets from their school authorities. Around 13,285 teachers were engaged in evaluation of the answer sheets at 57 centres across Odisha. The BSE class 10 correction procedure began on March 4 and continued till April 4, 2018. The Board OF Secondary Education, Odisha was constituted under the Odisha Secondary Education Act, 1953 that regulates and monitors the secondary education at the state. Last year, the pass percentage for class 10 examination was 85.28 percent.
