Patna, June 6: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on Wednesday asserted that there is no provision of minimum attendance in schools for students of the board. More than 12 lakh students from Bihar appeared for the BSEB class 12 intermediate exam at 1,384 centres across the state.

On Wednesday, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) intermediate Class 12 Exam Results 2018 were declared. Kalpana Kumari topped the CBSE NEET exam has also topped the Bihar board science stream with 434 marks. Meanwhile, Abhinav and Rudresh Raj Verma topped the Science stream while Nidhi Sinha topped Commerce.

For toppers, the Bihar government has announced Rs 1 lakh reward, Rs 75,000 for the second topper and Rs 50,000 for the third rank. According to reports, there has been a 15 per cent rise in pass percentage of Science than last year - 45 per cent students from science stream have qualified for higher studies, 82 per cent passed in Commerce and in Arts stream the pass percentage stood at 42 per cent. The overall pass percentage is 52.95 per cent.
