Patna, May 5: Bihar Public Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released the Bihar Board Daroga result of the Preliminary written examination. The exam for the Bihar Police recruitment of 1717 Sub-Inspector (SI) posts was conducted on May 4. Candidates who have cleared the preliminary written examination will now appear in the Main examination. The result can be found at bpssc.bih.nic.in.
Advertisement for the 1717 posts of Sub-Inspector/Daroga in Bihar Police was published in October last year. The entire recruitment process is being conducted by Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission. Applications were received online from October 24 to November 30, 2017.
The BPSSC is going to select the candidates on the basis of Physical Efficiency Examination, Physical Standards Test, Written Test, Personality Test/ Interview, Medical Test, Verification of Antecedent and Character. On March 11, the written examination was conducted. For the written exam, 708 examination centers were set up in the state.
