AP Inter 1st Year Results 2018 Declared, Girls Outperforms Boys With 67 Percent Passing Percentage

BIEAP declared the Intermediate 1st year results 2018 on their official website. Girls outperformed boys securing the maximum pass percentage of 67 percent followed by boys with 57 percent.

The Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) declared the first year results today on their official websites, bieap.gov.in, results.cgg.gov.in. The total number of students who appeared for AP Inter 1st year exams were 478,621 and the pass percentage is 62 percent.  The regions which topped the first year intermediate exam 2018 holding maximum passing percentage are Krishna with 70 percent, West Godavari with 67 percent and Guntur with 65 percent. And girls outperformed boys securing the maximum pass percentage of 67 percent followed by boys with 57 percent. On the other hand, the regions which have the least number of students clearing the AP Inter 2018 examinations are Cuddapah with 48 percent, Srikakulam with 55 percent and Anantapur with 51 percent.

This year, the board strived to make the results easily accessible to all. However, the Intermediate students are disappointed and took to Twitter as the official website was not responding. Apart from BIEAP’s website, other trusted third-party portals have hosted the result declaration of AP Inter 1st Year such as examresults.net, manabadi.co.in. The Andhra Pradesh Education Board has successfully conducted the first year examinations from February 28 which continued till March 17, 2018.

Meanwhile, BIEAP announced the AP Inter II year exam results on March 13 at their official websites. The number of students who appeared in class 12 exams were 516,103 out of which 31304 were vocational candidates. The pass percentage of AP Inter II results 2018 was 73.3 percent with Krishna, Nellore and Guntur being the top regions. This year, the board also introduced a new ‘one-minute’ rule which bars the students from entering the examination hall whoever were a minute late.
