The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has declared the result for the entrance exam of PG courses for January 2020 session. AIIMS PG 2019 entrance exam was conducted on November 17, 2019, and the qualified students will next appear in the counselling process. Candidates can check and download the AIIMS PG Result 2019 and merit list for January 2020 session by visiting the official website; aiimsexams.org. The rank list has reportedly been prepared equivalent to eight times the number of available seats in all AIIMS. The entrance exam for the PG courses was being held for more 500 seats available in 7 AIIMSs.

"This is NOT the complete list of all candidates who have qualified (above 5Oth percentile) in the above examination. This list only includes those eligible candidates equivalent to 08 times the total number of seats available in all the above AIIMS. This list is Merit wise, NOT Roll Number wise & includes ONLY those candidates who are eligible for ONLINE SEAT ALLOCATION/COUNSELLING (08 times the total number of seats available in all the above AIIMS. This is not the list of all qualified candidates," reads the official result notification.

The result of the individual candidate will not be informed on the telephone by the institute. They will have to check the result online, and in case of any confusion, they need to check the Examination Section. Now as the AIIMS PG 2019 result has been declared, the institute will release the mock counselling that will provide an idea to the candidates regarding the process followed by subsequent rounds.

How to Check AIIMS PG Result 2019?

  • Visit the official website; aiimsexams.org.

  • On the homepage, you will come across the link stating, ‘AIIMS PG Result’ under ‘important notice’ section.

  • Click on the result link.

  • You will be directed to a new page.

  • Log in to your account using credentials.

  • Your AIIMS PG merit list will appear on the computer screen.

  • Check and download the same for future reference.

AIIMS will conduct the mock counselling for the PG aspirant on December 2, 2019. The final counselling schedule is yet to be released online. AIIMS PG seats are allotted across New Delhi and six other AIIMS—Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh.
