The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) after a long wait has published the class 10 and class 12 board exam 2019 date sheet. Students are all gearing up for the final preparations as the class 10 examinations are slated to begin from February 21 and continue till March 29. CBSE released the board exam 2019 timetable has been released little early than predicted. With the date sheet finally available on the official website; cbse.nic.in, the students can now concentrate more on their studies. Students this year, had to wait for a longer time than usual for CBSE to announce the final board exam dates for the upcoming year. Just last week, the board released the practical exam dates which will begin from January 16 till February 15. After as many rumours in 2018, the board decided to hold the board exams earlier than usual. ICSE & ISC 2019 Board Exam 2019 Timetable Released.

  • 07th March 2019: 041 Mathematics (10.30 AM - 1.30 PM)
  • 13th March 2019: 086 Science – Theory, 090 Science w/o Practical (10.30 AM - 1.30 PM)
  • 19th March 2019: 002 Hindi Course-A, 085 Hindi Course-B (10.30 AM - 1.30 PM)
  • 23rd March 2019: 101 English Comm., 184 English Lang & Lit. (10.30 AM - 1.30 PM)
  • 29th March 2019: 087 Social Science (10.30 AM - 1.30 PM)

CBSE 2019 Class 10 Board Exam Preparation Tips

1. Prepare a timetable and promise to follow it devotedly. Slot every subject equally and give a little more time to the one you feel you are weak at.

2. Go through the CBSE class 10 board exam syllabus.

3. Follow only NCERT textbooks and NCERT solutions to score well in CBSE class 10 board examinations 2019.

4. Practise diagrams and maps with pen and paper regularly.

5. Refer CBSE sample papers and previous year question papers. Analyse your weaknesses and work on them to outshine in the upcoming board exam.

While preparing the board exam date sheet, CBSE also made sure that the dates do not clash with other competitive exams. In 2018, the exam date of class 12 Physics had to be rescheduled as it was scheduled on the JEE Main entrance exam date. After the completion of the board examinations, CBSE would likely release the results by the first week of June.
