Mumbai, May 2: Although celebratory gun firing had been banned by Uttar Pradesh government, as it took many innocent lives earlier, shockingly, the Bihar Superintended of Police (SP) Siddharth Mohan Jain himself has been found breaking the law. In a recent video, which has gone viral,  SP Jain indulges in celebratory gun firing while bidding adieu to all his colleagues in a golf maidaan in Katihar city of Bihar. Fortunately, no one was injured or hit in the mischief.

To recall, recently in Bihar itself, a groom was shot -dead accidentally by his own friend while he was fiddling with a gun during the deceased's marriage ceremony. The Bihar Police have filed a case under Indian Penal Code 302 (murder) and have been trying to nab the absconder, who had gone missing after the incident.

In the current incident, SP Jain is seen singing old Bollywood film songs Yeh Dosti Hum Nahi thodengey (We will not break this friendship). With his forever best friend DM Mithilesh Mishra, both who have been transferred by the state government recently, he is seen embracing him and enjoying the party. Well, we don't know whether SP Jain will break his friendship or not; but despite being a police officer who is versed about rules and regulation, he has broken the law by firing the gun during the celebrations.

A designated officer, whom youngsters should admire and follow, seems to have forgotten of his own duty, even though he was not on duty that time. But it's always been believed that, whether its a soldier or a police officer, he is never on a holiday and he always strives to serve his countrymen.

According to reports, Jain has been transferred to the Delhi Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) department and therefore, all his colleagues organised a farewell party. However, now it's been claimed that his transfer would delay further, and he might soon face an action from the authorities for his negligent behaviour.
