Patna, September 3: In a shocking case of assault, a video showing a youth being thrashed and forced to lick one of his assaulter's saliva off ground has gone viral. According to a Times of India report, the crime which he had committed was of stealing a mobile in Bihar. One of the accused was arrested. The incident took place on August 24, but it came to the police's knowledge after the video went viral.

Police said that the seven assaulters dragged the victim out of the bus. Then took him to a secluded place and started beating him for allegedly stealing a mobile phone, which belonged to one of them. They further threatened that if he fails to do, then he will be thrown in the river body next to where they were standing. The victim, as well as the assaulters, are resident of Purai village.
