New Delhi, December 12: Congress leaders AK Antony and Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday were appointed as observers for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, respectively, by the party. As per data published by the Election Commission of India (ECI), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trailing in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, where the Congress is leading at 77 and 83 seats, respectively.
