You know how sometimes there are moments in your life where you question your existence? That is what I go through every time I watch Yeh Hai Mohabbatein or read about it or know that people in family watch it. I can't say the show is entirely bad because there have been some rare moments in the show where they addressed some social issues quite sensitively. The whole MMS scandal thing, Ishita speaking to her niece about the birds and bees, but that's really rare. I mean, yeah, Ishita shot her son and repeated the whole Tulsi Virani episode but it just doesn't work for me anymore.

This show deserves to go off-air, like immediately. The writers clearly cannot come up with anything constructive. They are just sticking to the cliches like memory loss, separation, useless kids who just don't get it and one woman who is always right but no one believes her or supports her, ever. If I had someone like Ishita in my life, who is always right about every damn thing, I would trust the woman with my life. Yet, her family wants to break ties with her every opportunity they get. Her romantic life is clearly messed up and jinxed.

No matter how many good, moral values she tries to imbibe in her kids, they always manage to do the wrong things. Now that's parenting somehow gone wrong. And don't even get me started on Raman, husband of the year! Watching IshRa is like watching teenagers tearing up rose petals and saying 'He loves me, he loves me not'. I am so tired of this show I wish it ends really soon. I know the show gives a lot of people employment but the plot is going nowhere and there can only be one Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

Here are 5 ways the show can and should end!

The Happily Ever After Ending

So in like three episodes, they can just finish the show with a happy ending. Everyone is happy with everyone. Ishita and Raman hug it out to eternity. This is least likely to happen.

Apocalypse

So this can sort of happen. Everyone dies and there is no story to tell. Don't you dare think about an afterlife situation at any cost. Or maybe hire a desi Thanos so at least half of them are gone. Forever. And even Thanos dies after killing half of them.

Ishita and Raman kill each other

Give it a Ram Leela ending. Tired of parting ways again and again and again (into infinity), Ishita and Raman decide to kill each other. So you know how in Ram Leela, everyone decides live in peace after Ram and Leela kill each other. That's how it'll work in this one, too. Everyone realises how they never let these two live in peace and decide to live in peace themselves as a mark of respect to the dead.

Life Sentence for Ishita and Raman

Most problems will be avoided if Ishita and Raman are given a life sentence. Making them commit a crime is clearly not a huge problem for the writers. Just lock 'em up man! There will be no separation drama, maybe some inmate will kill both of them and their families will just move on.

A leap of 60 years

So this is the simplest thing they can pull off. A leap of 60 years (Not difficult for this show at all), Ishita and Raman die of natural causes and well, old age and the family moves on. Adi-Ruhi can tell their kids the story of IshRa ending it with, "And kids, that's how we met your grandmother." Okay, lame. Sorry. Bye.
