Ever since it was announced that Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan will be coming together for a Yash Raj Films production, their fans were eagerly waiting to get the first glimpse of the film. The waiting game finally came to an end last week when the makers dropped the action-packed teaser trailer of the film, which has been titled War. Directed by Siddharth Anand, this one also features Vaani Kapoor as the female lead. Just by looking at the teaser, it's easy to tell that War is going to keep the viewers at the edge of their seats.

Hrithik and Tiger really have given their all when it comes to those high-octane actions sequences. One of the highlights of the teaser is the very first shot where we a long shot of two men (obviously Hrithik and Tiger) riding a bike with mountains in the background. Well, turns out that is a bike chase sequence between the two actors and it has been shot on top of the highest mountain peak in Portugal, Serra da Estrela. Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's War Hires Game of Thrones, Avengers: Age of Ultron and Death Race’s Stunt Director.

In an interview with DNA, Siddharth revealed this bit as he said, "War is an adrenaline-pumping film that will keep you on the edge of your seats with its action sequences. As our title suggests, Hrithik and Tiger wage a war against each other and they are constant, massive showdowns between the two. For one big action chase sequence, they had to drive superbikes at a high speed on top of the highest mountain range in Portugal called Serra da Estrela.”

The filmmaker also said that this particular scene is at par with kind of action sequences that we see in Hollywood films. “It’s a visually stunning sequence at par with all big action films of Hollywood,” he was further quoted. Of course, Hrithik and Tiger trained a lot before shooting this sequence as Serra da Estrela’s peak stands at 1,993 metres (6,539 feet) above sea level. Needless to say, filming at this location was extremely risky. “Hrithik and Tiger took all necessary training to ride these super-fast bikes and pulled off the sequence with élan,” Siddharth further reveals.

The teaser of War has definitely upped all the excitement. We can only imagine what will happen when the full trailer drops, which should be soon. War is scheduled to release on October 2, 2019.
