Film announcements are always exciting. And the one that is going to be made come Monday is going be super interesting. Karan Johar took to his social media accounts to inform that his production house, Dharma Productions is coming up with a horror film franchise. Turns out the first film in the franchise will bring together Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar for the first time on the screen. What's more? While making the announcement, Karan also dropped  a major hint about the first film. The words "anchoring" and "sea you soon" in the announcement post indicate that the movie might just be set in a ship. And if it's true, they can take our money already.

In another first, this is the first time that Dharma Production is experimenting with the genre of horror. We really hope it doesn't drop the standard that was set high by Anushka Sharma's production venture, Pari, in which she starred as a witch. The film is undoubtedly one of the better horror movies to have come out of Bollywood recently. Katrina Kaif Is NOT Dating Vicky Kaushal, Confirms She Is Still Single.

Talking further about Vicky and Bhumi's film, it is set to release this year on November 15. We really can't wait for Monday as that's when we will have some more details on this.

Dharma Productions hit a bit of a rough patch recently as their latest offerings didn't really manage to impress the audience. Abhishek Varman's Kalank which featured an ensemble cast including Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit Nene and Sanjay Dutt got below average reviews. And so did Student Of The Year 2, the second film in the SOTY franchise which had Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday making their Bollywood debuts.
