The morning of September 28 has been quite eventful. Media spotted boxing legend Mike Tyson along with his wife being escorted out of the airport by Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera. And then Vicky Kaushal revealing his military look from the upcoming film, Uri. The film, which is based on the Indian army's surgical strikes across the LoC. The incident is etched freshly in the mind of Indians as soldiers were martyred during the strike which took place in the Indian army camp.
In the character poster revealing Vicky Kaushal's look for the film, we've got to admit, it's super promising! The actor with an intense look of vengeance in his face is seen leading a pack of Indian soldiers to avenge the death of his squad. Everything about the poster, right from the fog in the background to the tall trees to the soldiers wearing torched helmets on their head, every element is showcased to perfection. For the film, Kaushal did quite a lot of training to perfect his role as an army jawan. He had quoted to PTI, "I am training for five hours every day. Then there are three to four hours of military training, you get to enhance your stamina, go through obstacle training, you are slithering. I am receiving gun training right now." and further added, "I go to gym and train at the naval base in Cuffe Parade (in Mumbai). Army men help me with training. As of now, they are helping us. The film also stars Yami Gautam and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles. Some of the shooting sequences were actually shot in Serbia. The movie is directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala.
