Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi will be paying an ode to Lord Shiva and his divine consort, Devi Parvati through music and dance on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri 2019 in a special episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH). As you all know, they play the role of Kartik and Naira in the hit daily soap. Fondly called ‘KaiRa’ by the loyal fans, the duo will be seen decked up as Shiv and Parvati. In fact, Mohsin and Shivangi shared photos in Shiva-Parvati avatar on their respective Instagram handles. Be it Krishna Janmashtami or Mahashivratri, YRKKH makers love celebrating every festival with great pomp, show and grandeur. They have shown both Naira and Kartik’s families, Goenkas and Singhanias to be a huge fan of grand celebrations. This is why on every time, you will see KaiRa deck up as God and Goddess associated with that festival. We had seen them dress up as Radha and Krishna during previous year’s Janmashtami and now as Shiva and Parvati for Maha Shivratri. And we are not complaining. Don’t they look stunning? Especially, Shivangi Joshi. The 23-year-old looks so beautiful in red saree and adorned with gold jewellery. If anyone ever decides to make a serial on Lord Shiva, they must consider Shivangi in the role of Parvati. Mohsin and Shivangi are only second to the Jodi of Mohit Raina and Mouni Roy who played Mahadev and Sati in Life Ok’s Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev, which aired between 2011-2014.
