Today’s episode of Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke starts with Kuhu getting ready for Mishti’s (Rhea Sharma) tilak function. Rajshree comes and tells Mishti that Meenakshi has sent her a necklace and tells her to wear it, just then Kunal calls Mishti and asks her whether she is hiding something about her past that she wants to tell him, Kunal says that he feels sometimes that he does not know her that is why he asked this question, Mishti says that he did the right thing by asking it directly. Rajshree and Varsha ask what happened, she says what all he told and asks Rajshree whether there is something she does not know about her past, Rajshree gets tensed and drops the necklace. Meanwhile there Meenakshi is scolding her spy as why he told Naman to go directly to the Maheswari’s as she cannot trust him and if he does not turn up then all her plan will fail. There Abir (Shaheer Sheikh) comes to meet Mishti. Rajshree tells Kuhu to help Mishti get ready, they get into argument and Kuhu gets angry and goes from there, she tells Kuhu to give her dupatta but she goes from there, just then Abir comes there and gives Mishti her dupatta and asks her if she is ready for the function.

Mishti says she is a little nervous but it happens. Mishti asks Abir if he is fine and tells him that she can make out that he is having some problem. Mishti tells Abir to write in a dairy what problem he is having as he does not want to say it. Abir takes the diary and goes from there(Dheere dheere mere zindagi mein aana track is played in the background). There Kunal gets ready and calls out to Abir to come, but dadaji says Abir and he will come together and tells him to go with Meenakshi. Dadaji tells the servant whether he kept the phone inside Abir’s bag and tells that they will track him down through it.

Seeing Meenakshi tense Parul asks her why she is not ready till now, Meenakshi tells that if Naman did not turn up then her whole plan will be ruined and she will not be able to stop Kunal's marriage. Meenakshi says Kunal will feel bad but she does not want him to make any wrong decisions. In the precap, Mishti comes to know about Kunal’s past and thinks he wants to know about her past and what about his past which he has not said her. There Abir reads Mishti’s diary and comes to know that actually she loves him and not Kunal.
