In the latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see that Kartik takes Kairav out with him as to spend some father-son time. However, when Naira returns home, she is shocked to see her son Kairav go missing. In the upcoming episode, we see that Vedika chides Kartik as she sees Naira and Kairav with him. In yesterday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai we saw Vedika is relieved that Naira is leaving while the latter learns about Kartik's secret room. Later, the Goenkas are heartbroken to see Kairav and naira leave the house. Tonight’s episode starts with all having dinner, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) is not feeling like eating and remembers Kairav as he misses him. On the other side, Kairav is enjoying with Naksh, Devyani brings coconut laddoo as Kairav likes it. Naira (Shivangi Joshi) requests Devyani to forgive her and accept her and gets emotional. Naira says if she is not happy with them then she will leave the house, Devyani warns her that if she tries to go again then she will beat her and hugs her, they both cry holding each other. Back in the Goenka house, Kartik is very restless as he does not know what to do without Kairav. Later when Vedika comes in the room she finds Kartik missing. Later Manish comes searching for Kartik, Vedika tells that he is not in his room. Meanwhile, in the Singhania house, Kairav is not able to sleep as the place is new and he is missing Kartik around. Kartik comes outside Singhania house and thinks should he ring the bell or not as he wants to see Kairav. Just then Kairav calls him and tells that he is missing him and is not able to sleep and tells him to come and hug him. Kartik tells Kairav that he is outside the door and tells him to open it. Kairav climbs a stool and opens the door. Kairav is so happy seeing Kartik and hugs him. They spend quality time with each other (itney sey khushi track plays in the background). Later, Manish calls Naira to find out if Kartik has come there, Naira says Kartik is not there but later notices that Kairav is also not in the room. Naira panics and comes down to search for him. Naksh calls Kartik to find out where is he, they find Kartik’s phone outside the door. Later, they see both Kartik and Kairav sleeping on the sofa. Naksh and all tell Naira not to wake him up as both are sleeping and they will talk with him in the morning.
In the Goenka house, Manish is tensed why is Kartik is doing this, he is troubling all of them. Meanwhile, Devyani calls Vedika and informs her that Kartik is sleeping with Kairav and tells Vedika that she will send him in the morning. Vedika gets upset.
