Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Suhasini shouting at Naira (Shivangi Joshi) as she is not at all concern at what is happening in the house and still wants to go to the office for work. Naira says she has to go and she cannot do anything now. There as Mihir and all are in the meeting suddenly one alarm rings and all panic as what happened, actually, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) did this so that Naira can come by that time.

The Sindhya’s and Jadeja tells that as they have some other work today they will go there today and come for this meeting the next day and tells Mihir to get his designer so that they can sit and discuss, as they go, Naira comes there. Seeing her Mihir gets furious and goes from there. Kartik comes and asks why was she so late and did Suhasini tell something, Naira says that now she has to convince Mihir and goes behind him. Naira tells sorry to Mihir and tells him to fire her if he wants but he should not shout Mr. Shukla and she is feeling guilty for that. Mihir says he is giving her one last chance and then if she does any mistake he will fire her. Mihir takes her phone and gives her an assignment, Naira messages Kartik before she switches off the phone.

Later when Kartik does not get any call from Naira, he comes to the office and see’s Naira alone working and gets even angrier, suddenly Mihir comes there and asks what is he doing here. Kartik gets angry and they get into a fight, Kartik tells Mihir that Naira will not work in his company and goes inside and tells Naira to come with him.

Next day morning, as Shukla shows Mihir some designs of Naira he tells him to throw it in the dustbin. Shukla throws it inside the dustbin and goes. Suddenly some breeze comes and all the papers flow here and there, Mihir sees the designs and gets impressed by it and thinks she has talent but her personal problems are too much.

There as all are having breakfast, Manish asks what is the matter as they see Naira and Kartik not talking with each other. Naira says that she left the job of Mihir Kapoor as she did not feel like doing it. Suhasini is happy hearing this and tells her to work with Kartik and help her. Naira tells she will get some parathas and goes to the kitchen and cries.

In the precap, Naira gets Mihir’s call and he tells her to come back as he got Kartik’s call who apologized for his behavior. There as both Kartik and Naira go to meet the Sindhya’s and Jadeja’s they don’t seem to like the common designs and tells Naira to show something new.
