Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Swarna telling Suhasini as why she is so worried and tensed as this is a good opportunity for Naira (Shivangi Joshi) to prove herself and then later it will be a benefit for our business only. Suhasini gets frustrated as they all are not seeing what she is seeing as this can bring storm in their family, as when Naira will work with that guy and become famous than God knows what will happen and that to make her a career she will herself spoil her married life. Naira and Kartik (Mohsin Khan) overhears them and become upset. Swarna tries to tell her not to worry and that everything will be fine.
Naira gets depressed thinking about what Suhasini told, Kartik tries to change her mood by doing funny things and tells her not to lose her self confidence and continue hard working. Naira says that she believes in him and wants only his support and hugs him. Next day morning when Kartik gets up he sees Naira working and feels happy, Naira asks his suggestion for the designs she did, Kartik says that she should ask Mihir Kapoor and goes from there. As Naira and Kartik get ready for work, they pray in front of God and take blessings from Suhasini, she wishes her all the best and goes from there. Naira asks everyone their suggestions about the drawing she made but everyone just says no comment, as Kartik tells them not to help her. Naira gets angry and tells that may be her designs is not good so tries to tear it but Kartik makes her understand that she should have that confidence that her work is good and work hard and not depend on others for it. Just then Kartik gets a message and informs all that the business house which is in Delhi are ready to showcase their jewellery in their storeroom. Suhasini gets very happy and wishes him all the best. Seeing Manish tensed, Kartik asks what is the matter, he says that they have to spend wisely as they have a shortage of funds and that he should not take any orders now.
Their in Mihir Kapoor’s office, Mihir shouts at Naira for coming late but she says she was on time but due to his security system which was hanged she was late. Mihir shows Naira one piece of jewellery and tells her to find a defect in it. Mihir gets pleased with her answer and tells her to keep her designs on the desk and he will see it later.
Meanwhile, all the family is happy as Naira is doing good at work and they are also getting good business because of that. Suhasini is still tensed and tells Manish that Kartik might be angry that he did not accept his offer and took the support of Naira. Manish tells her that Kartik understands it and she did not have to worry. Their Naira is busy in her work with Mihir.
In the precap, Naira, and Kartik get the same contract to make designs for the jewellery for Mr. Sindhya’s and Mr. Jadeja’s marriage function, Suhasini gets tense as now what will they do now as they have to compete with each other.
