Star Plus' popular daily drama Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is all set for new beginnings with its generational leap. Akshara gave birth to a baby girl, who will be now all grown up. AbhiRa, like Akshara, dreams to be a lawyer. While Akshara abandoned this dream of hers long ago, she will be seen assisting her daughter in pursuing her dreams. Another twist in the story post-leap will be the lack of involvement of Abhimanyu.

While it is believed that AbhiRa’s name is a combination of Abhimanyu and Akshara, The truth is actually something else. Akshara named her daughter after her father, Abhinav, instead. AbhiRa only considers dead Abhinav as her father and is clueless about Abhimanyu’s existence. On the other hand, Abhimanyu longs for his daughter and wants to spend time with her.
