Despite Dadi not wanting him to, Kartik will go to the hospital on getting Niara’s message (meant for Kairav’s doctor) that Kairav’s health is getting critical. On reaching there, he meets with Lisa who tells Kartik that Kairav’s mother has been accidentally locked in a room where liquid nitrogen is stored and begs him to save her.

Kartik ties his sherwani’s dupatta around his nose and mouth and enters the room from the AC vent, only to rescue Kairav’s mother. When trying to give her some oxygen supply, Kartik takes off the scarf only to find Naira in his arms.
