Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) asking the doctor if everything is fine, the doctor tells her, she is pregnant. The doctor says that she has to do some blood test and then she will confirm it. Naira is happy hearing this. There Kartik (Mohsin Khan) thinks about what all happened and why Naira lied to him and gets upset.
Naira comes home, Kartik sees her coming and asks whether her work is done, she says half the work is done and she has to go again. Just then Swarna calls Naira, she goes inside. In the evening when Naira is in the office, Kartik messages her to come early as they will go out for dinner, Naira tells him to invite Kirti, Naksh, Gayu and Samar also and thinks if the doctor confirms the news then she will tell everyone. When all are ready to go Kartik calls Naira but she says she will take time so she will join them directly in the restaurant and tells them to go. There Naira tries to finish her work fast so that she can meet Kartik and all. When Naira is on the way, the doctor calls her and tell her to come in the hospital, Naira goes to meet her.
Meanwhile, Kartik gets furious as Naira does not come on time and seeing all the couple enjoying gets sad. As Naira reaches the hospital her phone’s battery is low so it gets switched off. Naira asks the doctor why she called but as some emergency come she had to go so tells her to come afterward, Naira rushes from there as she is already very late. Seeing Naira come late Kartik gets upset, Naira tells sorry to all. Kartik is angry and they both get into an argument.
After the dinner when they are returning back home, Kartik wants to tell Naira about Mithali but as the driver is there he cannot say it (rahatey tere bahu main hai track is played in the background) Both Naira and Kartik think that the other is angry and think about what to talk. In the precap, As Swarna is taking the gifts, Naira tells she will go and give it, Kartik is angry as Naira is not back after one hour just then Mithali sends a photo of Naira who is attending the wedding with Mihir, Kartik gets upset seeing this.
