In yesterday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we saw Naira is worried about Kairav while Kartik saves him from an accident. Later, an elated Kairav keeps asking Kartik lots of questions. Tonight's episode of the show starts with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) asking the police for any updates on Kairav. On the other hand, Kairav is angry with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) as he does not know his name and asks why did he not come to meet them earlier. Kartik reminisces about the time when Naira and he had planned for a baby and decided baby names. Kairav is happy as Kartik knows his name. Kartik is shocked to know that the kid's name is Kairav and hugs him. Meanwhile, Naira comes to know that Kairav has reached home with an unknown person and runs home to find out. Kartik comes with Kairav to the latter's house and he informs Kartik that his mother is not at home and tells him to come and relax. Kairav tells Kartik that he is hungry and requests him to make something for him. Kartik tells Kairav that he can make the best bread pakodas and goes into the kitchen to make it.

Vedika, who is in Goa, calls Kartik and asks where is he and that they have just checked in. Kartik tells her that he is on the way and will reach soon. As Naira rushes home, the policemen stop her as some VIP is coming and tell her to wait until they pass. Meanwhile, Kartik feeds Kairav bread pakodas and they spend quality time with each other. Suhasini calls Kartik and tells him to come fast as she is not feeling well. Kartik leaves Kairav's place. Naira somehow facing troubles reach home and finds Kairav sleeping on the sofa. Naira gets happy seeing him and kisses him. Meanwhile, Kartik thinks that he should not have left Kairav home alone and returns back to take him, but seeing Kairav’s mother back home and returns to the hotel.

In tomorrow's episode, Naira tries to call Kartik but, he texts her that he is busy and will call her later.
