In yesterday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai we saw Kairav spends a pleasant time the Goenka’s winning their hearts with his adorable gestures. Later, Kartik gets emotional as Kairav leaves the house. Tonight’s episode starts with Suhasini asks Kartik (Mohsin Khan) to get ready and tells him that it's not right to get attached to the child as he is not his own. Kartik thinks she is telling the truth and goes to get ready. Outside Naira sees Kairav with Lisa and feels happy and goes as she does not want Kairav to see her. After getting ready, Kartik imagines Naira (Shivangi Joshi) and lashes out at her and tells her this is all happening because of her. Samarth comes and asks him to come down as guests have arrived. On the other side, Media also comes in the function and questions Kartik about his first wife whose body hasn't been found yet. They bombard him with questions. On the other hand, Kairav bombards Naira with questions about why she is not staying with his father. Naira notices that holy thread that was meant for Kartik and Vedika got entangled in Kairav's watch. She asks God for forgiveness as he didn't do it knowingly. Samarth scolds Vansh but Gayu interrupts. Suhasini tells this is not a good sign as it was a sacred thread. Manish and Swarna tell her not to take stress as it is not good for her health. At the hospital, two women talk about Kartik-Vedika's engagement. Later, Naira is shocked when the doctor tells her that Kairav needs to be hospitalized. She tells them that they can run as many tests as they want but she won't let them hospitalize her son. Meanwhile, Kartik reminisces Naira and misses her and feels guilty as he had to get engaged to Vedika. Swarna sees Kartik missing Naira and tells her she is no more but he tells her that she will always be in his heart. Swarna says she also feels the same. Kartik tells her that since he has met Kairav, he has started missing her more.

On the other side, Naira does not allow the hospital to admit Kairav and tells that she has to talk with the doctor first and then only she will decide. Just then the doctor comes and takes her aside and tells Naira that Kairav is very ill and he needs treatment as every second is precious for him and reveals her that Kairav has a hole in his heart, Naira is not ready to believe it and tells the doctor that she is lying. The doctor tells her to accept the truth. In the precap, Kartik misses Naira and is not able to forget her. Their Naira admits Kairav in the hospital for his treatment. Stay tuned!
