In yesterday’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we saw Naira gets emotional upon reading Kartik’s letter while he gets suspicious of a particular message. Tonight’s episode starts with  Kartik (Mohsin Khan) sees the CCTV footage to find out who used his email ID. On the other side, in the Goenka’s all are preparing for Kartik’s wedding. Kaveri brings the stuff for Vedika from their side. Vedika tells from her side only one friend will come and she wants Kartik to come with her to invite her. Meanwhile, Naira (Shivangi Joshi) tries the doctor’s number to make an appointment.  Naira sees that Kairav and Lisa are getting bored so tells them to play a game of treasure hunt with her. They all play the game and enjoy.

Vedika calls her friend who is a doctor and informs her that she is going to come to meet her, just then Naira calls the doctor and takes an appointment to meet her. Both are the same person who Naira and Vedika are going to meet. In the hospital, Naira comes there with Kairav and Lisa. On the other side, Vedika also comes there with Kartik. Kairav request Naira that he wants to call his father as he needs him here but Naira tells him and she cannot call him now as he is busy.

In the doctor’s room, Vedika comes to meet her friend with Kartik. Vedika gives her the card and invites her to come for her all the function and tells that today the engagement is there and she has to come. Just then a nurse comes and tells her that her patient has come to visit her, she asks her to call them in.

Vedika and Kartik leave the cabin, as the nurse is taking Kairav’s weight and height, he sees Kartik and calls out his name and runs to meet him. Naira runs after him. Kairav shouts but Kartik does not hear as the door is closed, just then Naira comes and sees Kartik holding Vedika and gets upset. Kartik feels as if he left something behind.

Meanwhile, Naira convinces Kairav that his father has a problem in listening that is why he did not hear his call. Kairav tells Naira to call his father, Naira tells that she tried but no network is coming. Naira tells that his father is so scared that he will faint when the doctors will give him an injection, they both have hearty laugh. Naira takes Kairav inside the cabin of the doctor. Naira sees the wedding card of Kartik and Vedika on the table and gets disturbed.

In the precap, Kairav meets Vansh and they become friend, Vansh takes Kairav to Goenka’s household.
